Maintenance

The Village at Sandstone will paint, punch (repair any maintenance issues), clean or replace carpet/planks and clean the apartment.

Residents are not required to be present for a technician to complete a service request. Residents have the option to indicate that it is or is not ok for maintenance to enter their apartment home to complete the task(s).

For your convenience, Sandstone Place has onsite maintenance during office hours, and offers 24/7 emergency maintenance.

Residents are encouraged to place work orders immediately as they occur. Work orders can be conveniently submitted through the resident portal.

Sandstone Place does not offer after hours lock out assistance. Resident must contact a lock smith.

Amenities

The Village at Sandstone has permit parking for residents and additional parking available for guests. You may also rent a covered carport space for a monthly fee.

The Village at Sandstone offers a variety of amenities including: park, bark park, pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facility w/24 hour key entry, 24 hour gym code entry access, courtesy weekly pest control upon request, and resident portal for convenience.

Pool is generally available for use Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

The Village at Sandstone is a pet friendly community. Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact the office for more details.

Standard appliances in every unit is a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Sandstone does not offer furnished apartments at this time, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms that offers furnished apartments. https://www.pickwickfarms-apartments.com/floorplans

We generally ask that you allow us 24-48 hours to complete an application. This time frame can vary pending how quickly verifications are completed and returned.

For your convenience, The Village at Sandstone offers the ability to pay rent and/or other fees online via resident portal (ACH, debit/credit, & autopay) and in person.

Residents are required to obtain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage. Resident may use any provider of their choosing. If you do not have a provider, please consider Resident Shield. Contact for details (1-800-566-1186).

Cable/internet provider for Sandstone Court is Comcast/Xfinity.

In the event that a resident is unable to complete the agreed lease term, there is an option to break/terminate the lease. Please contact the office for more details.

To have utilities connected, please contact Duke Energy (800-521-2232) for electric services. Additional providers are based on residents personal choosing (i.e.. Comcast/Xfinity).

Resident is responsible for water/sewer, electric, gas* in select units. Trash is included.

Residents pay for water/sewer and electric.

No, we are a market rate community that does not accept Section 8 vouchers.

No, our property is market rent. You must meet our income guidelines of at least 2.5x the rental rate.

No, the minimum term we offer is six months.

If you owe a balance to a current or previous landlord, it must be paid in full. We would need to review the entire application in full to decide.

Does The Village at Sandstone Apartments run criminal background checks? If yes, does Sandstone Court Apartments rent to convicted felons?

Yes, the co-signers income would need to be 5x the rental rate to qualify as well as meeting all other qualifications.

Location

IndyGo public bus transportation service is available at the Madison Ave & County Line Road intersection, within walking distance from Sandstone Court.

The Village at Sandstone is in the Pleasant Township & Greenwood Community School District: Northeast (elementary school), Greenwood (middle school), & Greenwood (high school).

Directions

The Village at Sandstone is located off County Line Road and Old Meridian Street, 5 Light intersections West of I-65, take a left onto Old Meridian Street, The Court at Sandstone will be on the right.
